Fulfillment Policy
Because each piece is handmade, please read our policy below before placing your order.
Estimated Fulfillment Time
Unless otherwise noted in the product description, expect a fulfillment time of 3-8 business days, depending on the size of your order.
Product Stock Information
We typically do not keep a back-stock. Sometimes, we don’t have the materials required to hand-create an item at the moment, and they have to be ordered from our suppliers first.
If you absolutely need your order by a certain date (i.e: for a gift), please specify in the Do you have a deadline? checkout field, as well as leave a valid email, so we can reach out if there are any issues or if we’d require a rush processing fee.
